1 . Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ok baja at ok-baja.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any game, betting market, or service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the complete and binding agreement between you (the player) and ok baja regarding your use of the platform.

ok baja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ok baja will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-site notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ok baja platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ok baja is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. ok baja is an adult-only platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit, play, or participate in any promotion on this site.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ok baja is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ok baja or any of its associated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ok baja or been permanently banned from the platform for any reason.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and for your own personal entertainment — not as a proxy, representative, or under the direction of any third party.

Age Verification Process

ok baja is committed to preventing underage gambling. At registration, all players must confirm their age by agreeing to the age declaration. Following registration, ok baja may request identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accepted documents for age verification include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games and services available at ok baja, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one ok baja account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. ok baja uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ok baja reserves the right to merge them into a single account, void any bonus funds earned across duplicates, withhold winnings generated during the period of duplicate operation, and close one or all of the duplicate accounts permanently.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok baja login credentials, including your username and password. ok baja recommends the following security practices for all registered players:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your ok baja account when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by ok baja as they are introduced.
• Contact ok baja support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ok baja will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials. ok baja support staff will never ask for your full password — any request for your full password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

Account Information Accuracy

All personal information provided during registration and subsequent updates must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment account details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal. ok baja reserves the right to verify all player-provided information at any time through third-party identity verification services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ok baja supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ok baja does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (such as bKash transaction fees) are separate from ok baja's operations and are the responsibility of the account holder.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered mobile money accounts in Bangladesh.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — standard processing times apply.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladesh-licensed banks.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not permitted. ok baja reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit within the player account panel.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have passed full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met the required wagering multiplier cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• ok baja processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
• ok baja reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a calendar month.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ok baja regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, IPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general principles governing all ok baja bonuses are outlined in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement). The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of activation. Unused or unwagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of this period without compensation.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements. Eligible games are listed in each promotion's terms.
• ok baja reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and in active use by a player.
• Each player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring (e.g., a weekly reload bonus).
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside the ok baja platform.

Bonus Abuse Policy

ok baja actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses with the intent to withdraw without genuine gameplay, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, low-risk bet strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual game risk, and using bonuses on games with contribution rates not suited to the promotion's intended use. Where bonus abuse is detected, ok baja reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the account, and retain any remaining balance pending investigation.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

ok baja offers a diverse game library including live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), video slots, crash and instant games, fishing games, and sports betting markets. Each game category operates under its own specific ruleset, which is displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to play. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

RNG Certification & Game Integrity

All non-live game outcomes at ok baja are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG systems are independently tested for statistical randomness and fairness by third-party testing laboratories. ok baja does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Microgaming, and are subject to those providers' own operational standards and fair-play certifications.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game software error that affects the outcome of a round, ok baja reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the player's real-money balance. ok baja will not honour game outcomes produced by a demonstrable technical error, regardless of whether those outcomes are favourable or unfavourable to the player. In cases of dispute, the server-side game log is the authoritative record of what occurred.

Sports Betting Rules

ok baja's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and virtual sports. The following general principles apply to all sports bets placed on ok baja:

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the final odds applied to the bet.
• Bets confirmed prior to an event being suspended, postponed, or cancelled will be settled according to ok baja's market-specific rules for the relevant sport and event type.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the market closure point set by ok baja's trading team. ok baja reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ok baja reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok baja platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your ok baja account.
• Opening or operating more than one ok baja account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or mathematical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to ok baja support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games available on the platform.
• Using the ok baja platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Funding your ok baja account with funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or age during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ok baja support staff or other players in any live game or communal feature of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of ok baja's platform, servers, or game systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ok baja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour as outlined in Section 7.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard or through support.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financial crime, or activity inconsistent with legitimate personal gambling entertainment.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund seizure.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may close their ok baja account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons are advised to also activate the self-exclusion feature to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

ok baja's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ok baja is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress. ok baja provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of ok baja shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the territory where ok baja is legally incorporated. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
